This arrangement is recommended for clients seeking to avoid costs and formalities related to the granting of trade credit, including the provision of transaction security. The prerequisite for obtaining trade credit is the entry into a trade contract.
Required documents:
- licence to trade in liquid fuels issued by the Energy Regulatory Office, and in the case of business clients purchasing fuel for their own needs – relevant statement,
- excerpt from the business register or certificate of entry in the register of sole traders,
- decision to assign NIP (Tax Identification Number),
- certificate of REGON (Industry Identification Number),
- purchase order.
The set of documents must be delivered to the ORLEN Paliwa sp. z o.o. Head Office, at ul. Zglenickiego 44, 09-411 Płock, Poland, or by contacting our sales representatives, who will personally collect the documents from you.
In the case of a prepayment process, we will deliver fuel once all the documents are verified, a purchase order is placed and the payment is credited to ORLEN Paliwa’s bank account.
