Marcin Zawisza
President of the Management Board
Expert in the fuel, gas and energy industry. He gained many years of experience in the largest international and domestic corporations, including PKN ORLEN and Shell Polska. He managed the areas of sales, purchasing, logistics and finance.
Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Higher School of Banking and Insurance. He completed postgraduate studies in logistics management and obtained an MBA from GFKM & Erasmus Rotterdam School of Business.
In 2004-2010 he worked in the Shell Group in the chemical segment, including in Shell Gas Polska Sp. z o.o. as the Regional Director for Supplies to Eastern Europe.
Since 2010, he has been responsible for the wholesale of refinery products at PKN ORLEN S.A., initially co-creating the Office of Analysis and Strategy of Wholesale Trade in the Capital Group. In 2012, he was appointed President of the Management Board of ORLEN Gaz Sp. z o.o., where he was responsible, among others, for creating and implementing the Group's strategy in the LPG market.
In 2016-2018, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of UNIMOT S.A., responsible, among others, for strategic planning, managing sales structures and launching the AVIA petrol station network in Poland.
He also managed the chemical segment at Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, one of the largest refineries in Germany.
As of 1 July 2024, he was appointed President of the Management Board of ORLEN Paliwa Sp. z o.o.
Danuta Dobrzeniecka
Member of the Management Board
Manager with many years of experience in business process analysis in the field of financial and management accounting.
She graduated from the University of Lodz, Faculty of Economics and Sociology. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Leon Kozminski Academy in the field of accounting and finance. In 2021, she obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration diploma from the Warsaw Management University.
She has been associated with the ORLEN Group since 2001, always in positions in the area of corporate finance and project management. In 2007-2015, she served as Director of the Financial and Accounting Office, and then Member of the Management Board for Finance at ORLEN Gaz, where she was responsible for preparing and implementing accounting policy and supervising the company's financial area.
Since 2015, she has been continuing her professional career at ORLEN Asfalt as Financial Director and Member of the Management Board for Finance. In June 2024, she once again assumed the position of Member of the Management Board of the company. In addition, she is a member of the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Asfalt Česká republika.
At the same time, as of 14 June 2024, she was appointed to the position of Member of the Management Board of ORLEN Paliwa.
